Habang gingamit ko yung computer bigla nalang pong na matay then tinignan ko yung hetsink fan and get overheat tas powersaving mode nalang sya someone who can help me ??? ...

Wait, let's be clear. So you were using the PC when it died out of the blue and when you touched the hsf it was super hot? You, then, cleaned the hsf and applied new thermal paste but the cpu is running on a lower frequency now?
