Goto C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\host
open host with Notepad and
copy-paste the following to the last line..

127.0.0.1 techbrowsing.com
127.0.0.1 box.anchorfree.net

Save and exit.
Clear the cache >> CTRL+ SHIFT + DEL

Patry boss ha.. bago lang ako d2.. mga proxy lng ginagamit ko noon eh.. try ko naman tong vpn ng PH corner.. ang natry ko noon late 2009 pa yung mango vpn. but ill try this one.. THANK YOU..
