their core is -discipline- in their ethics...
i hope filipinos adapt such ethics...

why the f*** we didnt picked up this ethics when we were invaded by them in the past?
or did time changed so is the people?

We have no strict compliance to the rule/law here (a misconception of freedom). We are quite so lenient to the offender(s) that having a rule/law makes you question why is it there in the first place (e.g. house rules, school rules, city ordinance, Constitution, etc). Instead of following it, we find ways to twist it for our own selfish desires. I am guilty of this. I had a mentality before that as long as you excel in your academics/societal status, you will always make it up to your desires (diskarteng marino, a misconception on how marines think, sorry). So why don't I start this so called discipline/ethics for myself first? Well, honestly, I'm trying, but if society won't participate then people have to adapt in order to push forward. That's human nature. I forgot where I heard this but it says: Ethics is for good people who, most of the time, die early. No wonder it's so hard to find good people, nowadays. Guess I have to fly to Japan then, case closed. Well, not quite, because I'm dead poor, haha.
