good morning guys.... try this vpn settings using freemynet or anything that you can copy and paste this settings...

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Globe prepaid simcards
2. Load? atleast zero load.
3. USB modem
4. laptop/pc
5. HSS configured openvpn portable

GLOBE client IP REQUIREMENTS:

1.a. 10.31.X.X
1.b. 10.100.X.X

USB MODEM SETTINGS:

1. APN = http.globe.com.ph
2. access number = *99#
3. WINS settings = 10.11.12.13 , 10.11.12.14

VPN SETTINGS:

DHCP disabled or not

VPN CONFIG:

lport 68 rport 67
