It should be fine to pass to blocked sim. The reason for passing the load is so you don't waste it. Sayang if you will register AOC20 two times. They will take 40 pesos load. But if you pass it and don't have 20 you can verify if your sim is still roaming or not by trying to register the promo. If it tells you not enough load you are not roaming yet. If it says you are roaming and takes 1 peso it's good to connect.

so basically mlalaman mo lng pag nka on na ung roaming mo is pag nag try ka mag register ng aoc20 at nag reply ng *sorry roaming ek ek* pero n my case kaka bili ko lng kse ng white sim nung isang araw at my free load na 20pesos at triny ko mag register sa aoc20 but sad to say wala syang reply at hndi rin napasok ung promo and i dont know why nag try ako mag paload ng at10 sa tindahan at okay nmn pumasok at nkaka pag download ako ng lagpas 15gb+ no block

If you get the you cannot register this promo while roaming message it's a good thing. It means your sim is ready to go and safe to download. Best to register the AT10 from a store and not try to register from 9999. Unless you are very desperate to use the free 20 pesos load that came with the sim. Then the Roam off/on trick is good. Just need to wait a long time.
