🔒 Closed Cloudpad 790d software updates

hi,
im jade,47 an have 2 kids,Isaac(4) & Austine(3).i bought my kids a 2 cloudpad 790d in sm city rosario,cavite.after few months the 2 said cloudpad got stuck or freezes on apps. how can i fix this problem...anybody help pls.

Did you try to flash a firmware using PC to fix the problem?
