3- Unzip, and copy the entire contents to the following path:
The files "generic_PVR.txd, oldveh_pvr.dir, oldveh_pvr.img and wheels.DFF copy in:
/private/var/mobile/Applications/gta/gta3.app
And the file "gta3.set" copy in:
/private/var/mobile/Applications/gta/documents

4- DANGER
You need to change the file permissions to 777, otherwise the game will crasher

5- Overwrite all and Respring or Rebbot you Divice..

6- Enjoy your new GTA
