Mga ma'am/sir. Is starting conversation and posting to the profile page of our fellow kaPHC are exclusively for established members only? Knina ko pa kc hinahalukat hindi ko mahanap hanap e. Help po. Thanks sa sasagot.

Pwede mag-comment sa profile post message, pero hindi pwede mag-post ng profile post sa profile page ng member kung hindi ka established.
