Rogers Canada Network? You cannot that for free. But if you have any contact from the first owner of the device that person , you should ask his/her account number on rogers account so he/she can unlock that for free.

Wait , did you mean icloud unlock? Or factory unlock? Because you did not mention it on your first post.

yes this has icloud issues. i bought this in canada but the status is lost. i did not see the details regarding the icloud and i cnt use the phone

Oh i see. You cannot bypass lost mode on iPhone 7 Plus. Even using a ρáíd unlock service. Does not work. Only Activation Locked only without Lost Status on icloud is currently supported.

I suggest find a broken iPhone 7 Plus with working motherboard and fingerprint on it , then replace it with your iCloud Issued iPhone 7.
