hello everybody i need 2 helps it's easy for a lot of people ​

1st: i have usb modem e153eu-1 speed 3.6 i need upgrade speed to 7.2 if i can and i need got full speed for my modem cause i only got 2mps maximum ​

2nd:i use program for that server m.facebook.com i need vpn for it pleas and i hope vpn run without ping it's problem in my country​

i hop any one help me pleas i need help ​
