Kung may budget kayo mas maganda yung experimental kagaya ng sa concrete but dagdagan mo ng fibers foe example sa abaca or sa coco coir. O di kaya naman kung sa survey naman update mo yung urban plan ng isang lugar. O di kaya by updating the water level of a particular river plus flood control kung about sa water resources naman ang etotopic mo.

Basically bro you need to know Autocad, Sketchup, & Excel bro para makahanap ka ng magandang trabaho then mag'aral ka na sa Staad(or its equivalent), Microsoft Project/Primavera para sa Design & Project Management.
