🔒 Closed Device blocking of smart

I have read a lot of thread regarding blocking of their devices which got a lot of negative feedback!,

This is my second thread intent you to have clearer view on what is the truth behind this concerns

The smart telecom starts to block not only the simcards now.
Because of this issue, AGENTS are trying to resolve it by blocking simcards, they started to block also the device itself which users used for. Many of you are asking how is this happens? They dont have access to my device? They are only network provider,? This are some questions running through your mind. But yes my dear users the smart can block the device you are using banned from the network. It is because, your device has its own identity called "MAC ADDRESS" only and only your device has that unique identity that leads to the smart company to totally banned the device from connecting to their network, in this situation even you buy a lot of simcards and try to plug it in. Still the device will have no access to the network since the device is banned.

Some of the users experiencing it now but to those who block to the network manytimes with the same device. Please just be carefull limit your usage hehe, or do at your own risk.

I think all device that can connect to a network has a mac address kasi nagsisilbi siyang device id ng device.

Scary stuff, thanks for informing us. This is pretty hard for modem users like me, afaik there is no way that your MAC address can be changed, even with a different firmware...

Boss, makikiraan lng po !!! nakaranas na po ako last j Jan 10, 2018 hindi ako makapagregister ng AOC20 sa 9999 puro sending failed (maraming attemp)nagtataka ako kung bakit ? buti nalang may phone akong rooted na may apk na Device ID Changer ....Salamat sa po info !

Sa pagkakaalam ko, application lang ang pwede mang block ng isang device.. Example na application ay yung "Uber"..

IMEI siguro pwede pa i block/ i Blacklist yung ang Ginagawa ng Mga TELCO lalo na sa Smart /PLDT Modems or yung mga stolen Phones, yung mac address na sinabi mo TS related sa wifi yan tuwing mag kokonek yung device naten sa routers, Modem, Pocket wifi, yan pwede nateng I block individually yung mac address ng phone na nag kokonek sa Modem or router via accessing the GUI , pero yung Device ID hindi naman Pwede i Block yan, ginagamit lang ang Device ID para i track yung location ng Device pero walang access ang mga TELCO nyan di nila nakikita sa system

I agree parekoy... Malabo mangyari Yun.. sim prewde pa Kong ayaw gumana ng modem mo reset or Flash Ang kailangan ..balik Na uli data ng modem or pocket wifi..
