use Opera Mini browser and go to settings-advance-protocol, then select http.
also, make sure other programs are not working in background such as facebook app.
freeze it using Link2SD just to make sure...

hindi gumana sa phone ko xperia arc S.. double checked ko na ung APN settings. tama naman lahat. pero nung ioopen ko na ung OM GLOBE. then opera mini installing na biglang nag stop. cant connect to internet check your settings daw. panu po ba tlga ung procedure na gagawin? thanks po
