Yes, both cards are compatible. Go with the 750ti coz 660's vram is crap base on my own experience

750ti para sa akin..mas better driver support..mas malakas ng konti gtx 660 kaso luma na 2011 - 2012 pa yata yan..

Yeah, that CPU will be a bottleneck for BOTH cards in 1080p. If you have the budget, buy a better cpu or just lower the res of the game so it will be gpu dependent instead
