🔒 Closed Black screen with cursor

Patulong nga po kung paano ayusin? Sa tuwing nag bubukas nag blablackscreen with cursor tapos ini end process ko lagi yung explorer.exe para hindi na mag black screen. May paraan ba para hindi na ko lagi i end process yung explorer.exe? Yung tipong ibabalik yung dating loading ng windows.

Nalinis ko naman na po.Pero ganun parin naman. Yung last pala na nangyare is restart siya ng paulit ulit. tapos nirestor ko

Reset mo ung windows explorer.

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc and locate forWindows Explorer.
   
   
2. Right click on the Windows Explorer and click on End task.
   
   
3. On top of the Task Manager click on Fileand click on Run new task.
   
   
4. Type explorer.exe inside the box and hitEnter.

Load default settings..tingnan mo kung naddetect yung harddrive..i set mo sya first boot device as "Hard disk" then save settings and exit from the bios.
