❓ Help Connecting wifi problem

Help po..nagconnect ako sa pldtmdsl ng neighboor nmin kilala ko naman. Ngayon sign in to connect. Click ko to sign in ayaw na nastock.
Patulong naman po kung ano gagawin ko. i'm using android phone samsung j7 pro.

One possible reason.

Hindi nagbayad. Hindi magiging ganyan ng wifi ng kapitbahay mo kung ganyan ng connection na dadalin ka sa captive portal para magsign-in.

Kaya wait ka na lang sa other day or next week baka sakaling gumana.

You check the status ng internet connection kung meron bytes received and kung ng internet status ay active sa IP Address Gateway niya.

Like example 192.168.xxx.xxx mga ganyan.

Nacheck ko namam ung loob ng dsl may upstream at downstream eh..need talaga magsign in..

Kung ayun talaga ng problem, at naniniwala kang may internet sila.

Tap to sign in. Then meron tatlong dots sa taas then click "Use Network as it is." Then check if meron kang internet.

Keep connection and disconnect from network lng ang mayron sa three dots..pag keep connection ko naman..wala parin no browse at all.

So it means no internet connection sila. Or NOT ρáíd sa bill nila.
