Ello and Happy Detective Conan Anniversary!
Since it is the 23rd Anniversary of Detective Conan, I researched 23 facts about Detective Conan.

Facts:
1. Shinichi has been living alone since he was 14 years old, when his parents moved to Los Angeles. He didn't want move with his parents probably because he didn't want to leave Ran feeling alone.
2. Shinichi's detective talent comes from his father, while his show-off personality comes from his mother.
3. Shinichi's appearance really looks like Yusaku, his father, only his blue eyes was taken from his mother.
4. Shinichi can do almost anything like soccer, being a detective, acting, skating, music, ect. His only weakness being singing; because of this, he was often mocked by his Middle School music teacher.
5. Shinichi realized that he loved Ran when he was in 2nd grade of Junior High School, while Ran realized the same when she went to New York with Shinichi (when they met the serial killer).
6. Conan has tried to tell the truth to Ran for many times, but always failed because of something.
7. Shinichi's first case was when he was on a plane heading to Los Angeles; but because of his detective skills, he saved Ran from being kidnaped many years earlier in Kindergarten.
8. When Ran amnesia in the 4th movie, she kept see Shinichi in her mind, but couldn't remember who he was.
9. Shinichi and Kid met for the first time at the Clock tower Heist, before Shinichi shrunk.
10. Shinichi's father and Kaito's father were also rivals; Yusaku being the one who gave the name "KID" taken from "1412".
11. Kaito Kid disguised as Shinichi and almost kissed Ran in Movie 8.
12. Even though they're rivals on opposite sides of the law, it's often seen that Shinichi and Kaito helps each other in some cases, including the showdown with the Black Organization (BO).
13. It is possible that the organization that Kaito deals with is the same organization as the BO, only a different branch than what Shinichi deals with.
14. At first, Haibara was cold and showed dislike toward Ran. But after Ran saved her from the BO, Haibara started to see her sister in Ran and tries hard to protect Ran.
15. Kaito Kid really likes chocolate.
16. There are currently three BO members who know about Conan's identity: Vermouth, deceased Irish, and deceased Akemi Miyano.
17. Ran and Shinichi have the same blood type.
18. Eri has a Russian blue cat named Goro, named after Kogoro.
19. Heiji's skill also came from his parents. His Kendo and bravery came from his mother, while his detective skills came from his father.
20. Aoyama Gosho is also a fan of Sherlock Holmes and he likes creating tricks which helps him make Detective Conan.
21. Haibara is actually half Japanese and half British.
22. Even though the FBI has let Conan help them with their encounters with the BO, they still don't know that Conan isn't a six year old in first grade.
23. Shinichi has learned a lot from Hawaii, he learned: How to drive a boat, drive a car, fly a plane, fly a helicopter, and shoot a gun, just to name a few.
