just came up in my mind, what is this law i was reading smart privacy policy when i saw this r.a. 9501.
R.A 9501
SEC. 3. Section of the same Act, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 3. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as Beneficiaries. - MSMEs shall be defined as any business activity or enterprise engaged in industry, agribusiness and/or services, whether single proprietorship, cooperative, partnership or corporation whose total assets, inclusive of those arising from loans but exclusive of the land on which the particular business entity's office, plant and equipment are situated, must have value falling under the following categories:
micro: not more than P3,000,000
small: P3,000,001 -15,000,000
medium: P15,000,001 - P1,000,000,000
at eto na ang mga telco gaya ni smart at globe ay isang medium enterprise only.
wtf is this law?(sorry for that) the limit on medium enterprise is so far compare to micro and small enterprise,
sa palagay nyo guys tama ba na tawagin silang medium enterprise?
how much yung income nila? how much growth sa business nila?
hindi pa ba nag exceed yung total assests nila sa 1 billion as of 2017?
bakit hindi pa sila kabilang sa large enterprise dito sa pinas?
ilang malalaking companies pa kaya ang kagaya nila?
NUMBER OF ESTABLISHMENTS
Based on 2015 statistical data provided by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), there are 900,914 establishments in the Philippines. Of these, 99.5% (896,839) are micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and the remaining 0.5% (4,075) are large enterprises.
as you expect only 4,075 as of 2015 ang kabilang sa large enterprisess.
anu kaya ang pinagkaiba pagdating sa taxation mapping on these four kinds of enterprises? is it the same or not?
nadadaya ba ang income ng pilipinas dahil sa dito?
may pakialam ba tayo about this issue?
i need any comment guys..
