Mga Lodi paano ba tamang pampapayat di ko Kasi maiwasan di kumain sinusubukan ko Kasu Ang nangyayari Lalo ako fumarami kumaen at tumataba advice Naman salamat mga lodi
 
kumain ka madami during breakfast kung pwedeng heavy meal then do it kasi yung ang mag poprovide ng energy mo the whole day. then less food intake ka na during lunch at dinner. konti lang pag dinner dapat.

Ok ba ts mag drink NG coffee nakakaiyak ba?

Kasu Ang prob ko Lodi late ako magising tanghali na Kaya any nangyayari dumarami ako kumaen sa anghali Lalo sa Gabi dahil sa Kaka online ko haha
 
mas ok kung mag focus ka muna yung metabolism mo. kung magiging active ulit yung metabolism mo madali ka ng makakapag digest ng foods. mostly ng mga tao na mabibilis tumaba ay dahil malakas sila kumain pag dinner. during bed time kasi mabagal yung metabolism natin dahil nagpapahinga tayo kaya halos hindi nakakapag digest yun kadalasan ang problema kaya mabilis ang pag lobo ng katawan natin. lol

another tip TS kung tinatamad ka mag gym or wala talagang pera pang gym kahit sa bahay lang, meron tayong youtube, application sa play store na pwede ka mag exercise kahit nasa bahay ka lang.

kailangan pag kagising na pagkagising mo banatin mo agad yung mga muscles mo at gumalaw galaw. then tsaka ka mag breakfast. pinakamagandang way is mag yoga sa morning in that way mabilis maging active yung metabolism mo, once ok na yung metabolism mo kahit pa kumain ka ng kumain hindi ka na tataba agad dahil mabilis din digestion mo.

bagalan mo pag chew mo ng food and inom madaming tubig before kumain. and if student ka palang, magsunog ka ng kilay ng bongga. ewan ko lang kung di ka mangayayat sa stress. effective din po pala pag bh ka hahaha. lol. good luck.
