Server sided ang throttling. Not unless kaya mo ihäçk yung globe server or makaimbento ng bypass trick, kahit ano pang app or files ang idownload mo sa phone mo, will render as useless. Plus sobrang risky pa nito puwede mo pa mabrick phone mo.

Nasa server na ang throttling ngayon kahit kay Globo at Trams TS kaya hindi ma gagana tong method na ito dahil client based bypass ito at hindi na client based ang throttling ng providers natin ngayon

unfortunately dito sa pinas hindi per device ang throttling sa net. server side ang capping base sa sim card mo. so kahit ilipat mo pa sim mo sa ibang device may capping pa rin. do to working sa pinas na networks
