Guys please help me i sim is 4G and also my cellphone but why is my internet still H/H+ even i have 4G. Please hwlp me tnx

I guess kasi naka 4G sim 2 mo. Alternate lang.

at dapat yung lte/4g sim mo nakalagay dun sa may 4g sim slot. for example sim slot 1 lang yung may connection na 4g. dun mo ilagay sim mo.
