That is just simply referring to the major changes in the tax system introduced by the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law. That is the whole context of this thread as supported by the attached picture which shows the previous and the recently signed law. It is called a "change", isn't it?

Yung mga old stock na gas/diesel fuel are not included sa tax hike. The problem is e-take advantage ito nang mga sellers.
