"In every man 's success, there is a nagging woman behind him."
The saying make sense..up to now gender inequality still exist.Yes,men were created first both the first human beings who went to outer space and set foot on the moon were men.But this doesn't mean that women are inferior to them.
Although we were created equally somewhere in humanitys history women were baptized as damsels in distress.
People judge others, thats a universal fact, but people judge women differently. We are judged according to our phhysical attributes rather than our talents and contributions to society.People assume false things based mainly on the way we dress.Ifa woman wears revealing garments ,people may say that she is desperate. If woman wears formal garments ,they may say she is strict, serious and plainly stiff. If a woman has a multiple partners people say she is easy.If a man on the other hand is in same situation they will say he is hot abd deserves praise.People expect women to follow orders all the time abd if she decides to fight for her right, they brand her as a hard headed rebel.
Nowadays however,we women are self sufficient. We can have careers, dive our own cars, live independently and stay as late as we want just like our male counterparts. We may have become more like men but in a unique manners.Yes we do need men,but we women can stand on our own feet.
The journey of the female species inspires people. We can be successful and be responsible for our own happiness. If successful men are modern day Gladiators .We on the other hand are modern day Amazons.:)

The inequality is due to the conditioning society have been doing for over thousands of years. The reality is, a strong man can understand a strong woman and vise versa. Neither is better than the other. A man compliments a woman as the woman compliments a man and both should work to be their best selves. That's how it should be.
