❓ Help Big 2 problems in free internet

hello ​

am egyptian and we have some problems with free internet ​

1- we used that server appldnld.apple.com:80​

in program we made it like privoxy​

the problem we have in that there's no site give us ping ​

and we can use that server for free internet :lol​

2- other company get us ping any time and we can use internet for free but speed slow very slow​

7kbps in sec​

all that problem in egypt ​

mine problem​

i have usb modem e153eu-1​

i unlock it and no problem​

but speed not given me 3.6​

maximum speed 2mps​

idk why but i hop all here help me ​
