It's impossible to root this device by not unlocking the bootloader
Files you need to download and prepare:

Click skip add and after downloading extract it all in desktop
Copy Stock Rom prerooted .zip to internal sdcard
Follow this instructions and you can now unlock your bootloader and root it:
*First open your device and go to language and change it to chinese
*now open dialer and type :*#*#1357946#*#* for product id
*goto settings>about phone and copy the serial # and imei and copy all of this to a notepad
Now you need to create an account for emui (i suggest a new one) for the emui unlocking page and after that click this link :

Fill up all the info and you should get now a bootloader code and copy it on notepad
After that you need to install the pdanet and connect your device to a computer and enable usb debugging under developer option ( to enable it go to about phone and tap the build number 7 times and after enable the oem unlock
Now install adb and fastboot , open it and type adb devices and if it shows a devices your ready to go https://phcorner.org/#forbidden#/images/emoji.php/v9/f51/1/16/1f603.png:D
Now copy the CWM.img and move it to adb and fastboot folder in local disk C >program files(x86)>Minimal Adb and fastboot
After that open the adb and fastboot , just type on the search bar on start , type "adb reboot bootloader"
And after type "fastboot oem unlock xxxxxxx <- the bootloader code , after that a prompt will appear on your device screen and choose yes
Now the bootloader is unlocked , type fastboot flash recovery CWM.img
After that type fastboot reboot , now your device will reboot , hold the upper volume botton and it should go to recovery
Now in recovery , select clear data and cache and install the zip :Stock rom prerooted .zip
