sir pa suggest nga po ng tips sa pag gather ng information about sa manual system na gagawin nyo automated salamat. May mga steps po ba yung pag gather ng information or may sinusunod na standard sa pag gather ng information?

• Plan your elicitation technique/s
• Model your data analysis
• Specifying the requirements
• Validate the requirements
• Manage the requirements

For the standards, either IEEE, PMI, IIBA. Since you are about to automate the manual process I suggest IIBA. Pero lahat naman ay applicable.
