If your goal is to gain weight (which is also my concern atm ) it is better to start living a healthy lifestyle not just resort to some deceptive and misleading vitamins out in the market. Opt for a natural way like,

1. Eat better. Run more. (Squat more)
2. Sleep early. Wake up earlier.
3. Make a good breakfast. Drink water.
4. Eat fruits and veggies.

Bonus!
5. Read books. Talk less. Listen more.
6. Experience life and be happy.

In a month or two. Mataba ka na TS. >,<
 
It depends sa gusto mong pagpapabigat.

If you want lean mass, you increase your protein intake (laman ng baboy, manok, isda, tofu, etc).

If you want fat mass, you increase your carbohydrate intake.
