May meaning ba ts kung bakit yung ibang rule naka-color red?

At please, kung may nakita po kayong mali, huwag niyo na po gayahin.
Contrasting itong purpose mo(kung merong good and genuine purpose nga): sasabihan mo sila ng rules and yet ikaw pa nagkakalat dito sa forum sa paglalagay ng topic na wala sa tamang section.
