1.backup database
2.backup whole folder in file manager and compress it,
3.move it in new filemanger
4.export the database in your new server database
5.find wp-config.php in file manager and edit it, replace tha database name,username,password for new database, DONE

Install WP clone plugin -> Create a backup using WP Clone -> Copy the backup link -> Install WP clone in the new server -> Add the copied backup link to the restore box of the WP Clone at ayun naka pag migrate ka na, kung baguhan ka pa lang sir hindi ko po maisusuggest ang manual migration kagaya po ng nasa taas ko, pang malulupit po yung mga ganun at matagal ang process
