bili ka sa cdrking may usb bluetooth meron ding pang pci may kasama ng driver yun pagbumili ka yung mini cd insert mo sa dvd drive then install mo'y driver.

Bluetooth driver software can be downloaded "free" as is without any condition as long as it is compatible with your hardware. The best way to fetch your driver specifically for your device is through windows update.

Some pc dont have a built-in bluetooth device so check first in your device manager if it really exist because you cant just install a "software" if the "hardware" doesnt exist and expect it to work.
