Hello there, James. We can certainly help you. Kindly reinstall your Globe Switch App and follow these steps: 1. The Globe Prepaid SIM is in SIM Slot 1 of the device (for dual SIM devices); 2. Mobile Data is turned ON, and WiFi is turned OFF; 3. Data Saving Mode" in the ‘USAGE’ Tab of the Globe Switch app is turned on; and 4. At least P1 load balance is kept in the mobile number.
