Hello there, James. We can certainly help you. Kindly reinstall your Globe Switch App and follow these steps: 1. The Globe Prepaid SIM is in SIM Slot 1 of the device (for dual SIM devices); 2. Mobile Data is turned ON, and WiFi is turned OFF; 3. Data Saving Mode" in the ‘USAGE’ Tab of the Globe Switch app is turned on; and 4. At least P1 load balance is kept in the mobile number. Update us afterwards. Thanks!

Na try ko yan bumalik yung offers ko. Thank talaga sa globe telecom sundan nyo lang babalik din po yan offers nyo
