try mo mag text sa iba TS aside from 8080,, kung makapag text ka sa ibang number,, it means hindi pa block ung sim mo.
yan ang epekto ng bug. face the consequence

You can perform necessary troubleshootings first.
1.) Dial #33*1234# and #35*1234# since the error prompt is call barring is activated
2.) Powercycle - Simply turn off and on your handset
3.) Remove the battery and sim card (if the battery is removable)
4.) Sim & Phone swapping - to further isolate the problem.
