I was blocked streaming using at10. Though maybe that is because I watched 5 dota games (around 6 hours of continuous live streaming) last night at 720 60 fps. I did not download anything, just watched youtube vids and twitch live streaming. I was not able to monitor how many gbs I used from live stream marathon. Then again, perhaps it's only me, or some others, who are experiencing blocking from streaming alone, as there are many deciding factors to it such as area and internet speed. It always pays off to use it in moderation, to avoid blocking as much as possible.
