I found a great maker of modified games on Android. He is G-bo. Just google "G-bo exclusive mods" and his mods are mostly suitable for rooted and p-a-t-c-hed android phones. You'll also learn a lot from his tutorials.

To root your phone, update all apps and operating system. Then download and install kingoroot. If successful, download and install kingoroot superuser because it's now stand-alone (not included in kingoroot).

To p-a-t-c-h your phone, install lucky p-a-t-c-her and busybox. Watch the video tutorial of G-bo on how to p-a-t-c-h your phone.
