Patulong..po sino master sa trouble shoot ng laptop windows7 rito pa help naman po..

Once: na mag oopen po ako ng folder nag dedelete prompt tapos nag dederetso sa recycle bin tapos ayaw ma cancel nag da direct talaga sa recycle bin..sana may makatulong...

virus na yan ts idownload mo combo fix tapos run as safemode doon mo irun ang combo fix after niyan full scan mo na pc/laptop mo. para mas okay rin backup mo na important files mo clean format ka na

reformat...os will detected that previous installed os...just continue, all files will be intact under the the folder name WINDOWS.OLD on your drive C.
