❓ Help Regular load browsing

i was downloading using regular load at first it goes up to 2mbps then when my download hit around 4gb suddenly my internet slows down running at best about 300kbps-400kbps(btw it still full bar signal so i don't know what to do i tried cdc doesn't change any tips or tricks). is there a cap if your just using regular load for downloads??

May mga smartphone kasi na mabagal ang signal. Kng bibili ka ng bago. I suugest vivo smarphone.
