First you need an android phone.
download gs to your phone and get all the free offers (3Gb).
turn off your phone, remove the sim and put in your modem (wifi or stick, whatever you have). Connect
Use http injector with hpi config

Once the offers are over, you will be disconnected but you can put your sim back to your phone and get another 3 Gb (all-in-all you can do that 3 times, after that you need a new sim). To avail the new offers, you will have to clear the cache of gs in your phone
