"For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don't use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love."

It is in our choices that we sin or live righteously.

"All wicked actions are sin, but not every sin leads to death."

otherwise "The way of the godly leads to life; that path does not lead to death."

lack of sin in heaven is barely free will

Hi!

Thats right, we need to accept Him as our Saviour . Hmm.. Pray with the right motivation. Selfish motives will not be blessed by God. It's in the bible my friend, “When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures” You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. We should ask according to His will. It's in the bible, "...if we ask anything according to his will he hears us." 1 John 5:14

When we pray, we must have faith and believe that God will hear and answer our prayers. It’s in the Bible, James 1:6-8, "But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways."

God has certain conditions that must be met before our prayers can be answered. One of the first, is we feel our need of help from Him. Isaiah 44:3 says, "I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground." The heart must be open to the Spirit’s influence, or God’s blessing cannot be received. One cannot pour water into a cup that is already full.

His time, His will. :)
Thats right, we need to accept Him as our Saviour? sorry po, wala po sa mga verse na binigay nyo po, posible po ba na nagsasariling interpretasyon na po kayo tulad po nang iba na nalilito po sa mga konteksto po sa lumang aklat?

Genesis 2:7: 'And the Lord God formed man [of] the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.'

Isaiah 64:8: 'But now, O Lord, you are our Father; we are the clay, and you are our potter; we are all the work of your hand.'

The human body is made up of materials and minerals found on the surface of the ground, and not from the core of the earth. Oxygen, being the most abundant element on the earth’s crust or on the ground, makes up 65 percent of the human body, and carbon, also abundant on the top soil of the ground, is 18 percent, and hydrogen is 10 percent. The 59 elements found in the human body are all found on the earths crust while 99.4 percent of our bodies' mass is composed of just six elements.

The conclusions are ALSO based on experiments by the researchers.

So yes,.. Pretty much.. not only bible believers, but also atheists agree that man comes from sand/clay/dust.

Only difference is for bible believing folks we believe in that whereas for atheists they know that through research.

In the first creation story, God makes humans (male and female) after the other animals; in the second, God makes a man first, then the other animals, and then a woman.

why you became an atheist, sir?
and why not sir?

The Earth was flat if you went too far you would fall off
Now the Earth is round If the shape change again everybody woulda start laugh

with due respect, anu po ibig sabihin nyo po?
going to heaven would mean being a mindless sheep, barely a human, because you are not allowed to sin, since bible said there can be no sin in heaven. free will is part of being a human. the ability to choose independently, without undue influence, without restriction. that includes our ability to do good deeds, and to sin. to take out sin means impairing our free will, making us less "human". is that what you want to be? going to heaven means selling your humanity for an illusion of euphoria resulting from lack of freewill.

at least in hell you can still retain your sanity.

You can do good deeds, why choose to continue sinning? :) is it hard to follow laws for our own good?

"being a mindless sheep" ?

They are the ones:

"mindless find no pleasure in understanding but delight in airing their own opinions."

"they despises teaching, runs their mouth, and rejects God and His word."

isnt it better to recognize sin, and CHOOSE not to do it, rather than be prevented to do such? that way you can really say you are holy, a good person deserving the reward of your choice.

Yea
Whosoever commits sin transgresses also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

Everyone who keeps living in sin also practices disobedience. In fact, sin is disobedience.
