Mga boss, okay lang po kayang ihard reset ko 5s ko? iOS 10.2.1 po sya. GPP unlocked.

If yes, dapat ko ba munang tanggalin ang icloud?
 
backup mo muna, then remove mo lahat pati sim.. then ihard reset muna or restore using itunes software..
