🔒 Closed Seagate backup plus not detecting and no light

Hello mga ka PHC!

Magpapatulong po sana ako sa inyu. Hindi na po kasi ma show sa My Computer ang external na gamit ko. Gamit ko pa ito nung nakaraang araw nag.back up ako sa isang pc dahil mag.rereformat ako. Pagkatapos ng backup, ayaw na mag.show sa My Computer at ayaw na mag.ilaw nito. Tapos kapag i.coconnect ko sa laptop ko, mag.raramdaman ko na iikot ang disk sa loob tapos after 5-8 seconds parang titigil na.

Pakitulong po, need ko po talaga ang files na nandito sa external na ito. Thank you sa tutulong, isang malaking utang na loob ko po ito sa inyu.

Paki.tingin nalang po ng mga attached na picture para sa inyung reference.

Best you can do is bring your external hard drive to a technician, attempt to recover all your important files. Dont do anything if youre not sure (like opening the disk and turning the head) since it will jeopardize your chance of recovering anything.

Then a buy a new external hard drive, a trusted brand.

hinala ko rin po. anu po dapat gawin? pwede ba to palitan ng pcb board?

If you can identically find same board of your hd, better do so but technically speaking its not adviceable to do it on your own leave it to the expert, its the same way how they recover data file
