Annulment kasi is saying a couple never married, whereas sa divorce it acknowledges that there was marriage, but due to "reasons" the marriage is declared void. In the end both parties can get married again should they want to. Yung sinasabi mo po, legal separation where the couple lives separately, but can not enter in another relationship

At topic. For me divorce should be legal, there are limited reasons on how an individual can get a marriage an******, and can lead to an unhappy marriage. That being said, don't stay married using your children as the reason why you're "staying", children pick up on this and whichever party stayed is going to have resentment towards the other (I know this first hand, with my parents lol).
Truth is though, I doubt the Philippines is ready for a divorce. Medyo religious pa kasi ang mga tao, and the church is generally indoctrinated in most of us, so a lot of people would be against it.
