Computation is based on the yearly gross compensation income as anticipated by your monthly rate.

monthly rate x # of months
less: exceptions / allowable deductions= taxable income

taxable income x rate of taxes (may table po ito) e.g. 5%
then divided by 12 months...

If kulang, i-deduct po yun sa salaries ninyo to offset.

yung sa kuya ko kasi okay pero yung sa ate ko 12,000 yung salary nya and then yung withholding tax nya is 563 di namin alam panu nacompute

Yung ate mo ba single, walang dependent?

P.S. Di ako "sir" TS.

Iba po rate ng overtime. Bale yung basis of computation na binigay ko for basic yun. Mas malaki rate ng tax sa overtime. Para di na maguluhan, ipatanong na lang sa HR how they arrived at the amount of tax as deducted sa payslip. May computation po yan sa system nila.
