Hi sir's. Anyone encountered na hindi makita yung wifi name sa smartphone or laptop nyo, nklagay sa lcd bukas na yung wifi kaso hindi makita, may signal naman yung 4G pa tapos nadetect nya din na may message. Naglalaro lang ako ng Clash Royale tapos yun na indi na ko makakonek kasi indi makita yung Name, hindi ko nman nahide yung SSID. Tingin ko may problem yung device nya for hotspot, maayos kaya to ng technician? anyone who can help?

plug the smartbro via usb cable to pc then once on dashboard, on Wireless Tab>Wireless Settings>Primary Channel>Select Ch 7 -2442MHz

Here is more detail. Good thing I created a text file how to fix this.
1. Reset your wifi.(go find for another tutorial).
2. Connect your wifi via usb then on your browser, browse 192.168.1.1.
3. Input Default Username and password.
4. Go to tab Wireless>Wireless Settings>Primary Channel>CH 7 - 2442 Mhz or other which will work between CH 3 to 9
