🔒 Closed Psiphon problem

psiphon handler is working fine with the full speed of the ISP up to 2mb/s but when I consume 3mb the speed falls down to 16kb/s
I need a psiphon handler version with the full speed unlimited if anyone has it I will appreciate that ^__^
