Either Sa maliit lang RAM ng phone mo kaya conngested siya. Or Signal ng area

2.your location are not LTE CAPABLE
3.your sim is not 4g/LTE
4.your phone have not much RAM for this application
5.maybe your ehi congfig have multiple connected device
6.maybe you REMOTE PROXY are down, or low service capacity...
