[Step 1]
Look for Windows Start Menu or Windows symbol located at the lower left corner of your monitor or screen. Or just simply press Windows key + R and a command prompt will pop-up. Type "gpedit.msc" without quotation and click ok as seen on the screenshot.

A new window will pop-up. Double click Computer Configuration.
