4. If asked for username and password, use admin as username and password.
5. Now you can see the box which is asking to enter the unlock code, Enter The UNLOCK CODE.

6. Click on APPLY. That’s It Your modem is unlocked successfully.

Pa help po bossing.. same din po kame ng router from viva. 10 attempts na po nagawa ko hndi po ma unlock gnawa ko na rin po ang procedure na yan. Data locked code na po ang hinihingi ng modem ko. 10 attempts finished.. patulong po bossing please... salamat po
