Download Es File Explorer / RootEx
Then follow this steps...
ES File Explorer (The one that i'm using)
1.open your rootex application
2.go to etc.
3.find " sysclt.conf "
( kung wala i change muna ang permission ni cellphone into "RWRR" at gumawa na lang ng file. )
4.open it in text editor.
5.copy nyo lng itong code sa baba.
net.ipv4.tcp_ecn=0
net.ipv4.tcp=1
net.ipv4.route. flush=1
net.ipv4.tcp_sack =1
net.ipv4.tcp_fack=1
net.ipv4.tcp_window_scaling=1
net.ipv4.tcp_ti mestamps=1
net.ipv4.tcp_no_metrics_save=1
6.save it and try to use your phone.
