I have a number of frustrations with globe prepaid.
1. getting a correct gosurf data balance is impossible without resetting the cellular, connection. i suspext this is a database replication issue which the developers at globe are not intellectually capable of overcoming.
If i check my gosurf status without first resetting my connection, (disconnect and reconnect), the figures we users are giver are "as of last moment on previous connection" . however this is sometimes not the case , but rarely, and i suspect that indicates a development error.
2.Gosurf freebies. this seems to simply be a case of corporations lying to make there products sound good.
on every street there is a sign promoting Gosurf50 with free 300 MB data for app of choice. Nowhere does it state the truth which is thus:
GOSURF50 freebies are not availavle for every purchase of this product, only those times which we "globe" feel like making the freebies available to our customers.
that would be the honest truth.
2a. if i subscribe to gosurf 50, regardless of when i last subscribed, i am purchasing the product advertised on the sign. it shoykd come with what is advertised. it SIMPLY DOES NOT. who else is experiencing this discusting appalling business behaviour from this huge telco.
2b. when i do manage yo subscribe to the freebie, which only happens about once a week, when i have ρáíd over 400 pesos in gosurf50 subscriptions, sometimes it simply sits there dormant. for example, i subscribes to gs50 spotify, for 300 mb of spotify. i then used about 400 mb of spotify as evidenced by my application specific network usage monitor app, and then when i checked the status of my go surf50 and gs50 fb, only 30 MB of it had been taken from the free spotify allocation and the rest was simply charged yo the gosurf50 gb of data. like glibe saying a big F"*k YOU to me for giving them 500 pesos a week.
this is the most disgusting business in this archipelago.
