🔒 Closed No wifi: smartbro lte evoluzn

Good day guys! Newbie here. Papahelp lang po sana for my SmartBRO LTE Evoluzn. Here's the scenario:

Kahapon, habang nastre-stream ako ng video sa Youtube, nawala yung WIFI connection ko. Yung SSID di na ma discover so akala ko lowbat lang. Pag check ko sa pocket wifi mga nasa 60% pa battery. Icheck with other devices (android and ios) di na rin nila madiscover yung SSID (pero nakareceive or discover sila ng other networks). I tried to connect the pocket wifi sa desktop ko to check kung may internet and then meron siya. Yun lang talaga walang SSID na madiscover sa kanya.

Here's what I did to troubleshoot para sana maayos pero wala:
1.) Hard reset the device
2.) Palitan yung SSID and password
3.) Palitan yung channel ng bandwidth
4.) I "on" then "off" then "on" again yung wireless function niya
5.) Disable then enable yung internet connection niya
6.) Reset the device again

So after several attempts no WIFI pa rin siya kahit na enabled yung wireless function nia sa router page at may internet connection siya. I tried to call Smart Hotline pero di rin nila sa solve yung problem ko.

The only solution I think will work is to flash a firmware
